Needle felt filter cloth is made from polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, acrylic, nomex, glass, PPS, P84 and overlay PTFE membrane. Needle felt is main material of dust bag. 































In bag dust collecting, the bag usually acts as the heart of bag filter. Whatever kind of smog the bag filters can treat depending on the material of bag filter. At normal working temperature, the bag filter made from polyester, polypropylene fiber and other chemical fiber can be qualified. Moreover, at the situation of high working temperature, like chemical industry and coke blast-furnace, the bag filter must be made from heat-resisting material. 































First: these fume and dust is conductive and inflammable so bag filter is better





























Second: the cost of reducing the temperature is very high, and the space is also limited





























Third: the component sulfur has acid dew point, so we have to do the treatment at high temperature
